- Installation: Line the anchors mounting plates up on the transom of your boat in the desired position. Once positioned where you want, clamp them to the transom, mark the holes and remove the anchors. Using a .500 inch drill bit drill the mounting holes. Use stainless bolts that are the length you need depending on transom thickness. Apply a small amount of never seize to the bolts. Once installed your ready to hit the water.
